WINERIES
Wineries will be intermixed with all other vendors and we will try our best to ensure no two of the same category will be side by side (artisans, crafters, food and commercial vendors.)
Submit proof of Liability Insurance & ABC License with application. Each business in this category will be responsible for obtaining a certificate of liability insurance listing the Cheers Festivals and the Dulles Expo & Conference Center and its affiliates and employees as additionally insured.
Each company is to not serve anyone that appears under the influence or under age. Re-carding of such individuals to reconfirm legal drinking age is the responsibility of the participating winery staff personnel under ABC regulations. All attendees will be asked to show ID to obtain a wristband and drinking glass prior to entering the event. Wineries may sell by the bottle and glass for consumption.
Admission fees for the guests of the event include unlimited tastings. Wineries participating in the event agree to offer free tastings. Guests are not be charged for extra tastings.
Displays must stay assembled and all products must be available until the closing of the show. Vendors are not to pack up early - if you do so, you will be under review from management of Cheers Festivals, and they will make a decision if you are able to participate in future events.
Vendors must comply with the State of Virginia Tax laws - please refer to www.tax.virginia.gov for more details. Collecting and reporting of sales taxes are the responsibility of the vendor. If you need a tax form, we will have available onsite.
Each Winery will be provided a 10' x 20' corner booth space complete with 8' backdrop, 2 - 3' side rails and an ID Sign with their application/payment.
The booth fee is $200.00 for your booth space. This will be your fee to do the event - please bring your own tables or rent from the facility directly! This fee covers the cost of the rental of the space and the pipe and drape.
For All Vendors - recap:
All applications will be reviewed before being accepted into the show. All applications require a full payment of the booth fee.
We will offer move in on Saturday, January 18th from 7am - 10:30am. All Vendors need to be ready by 10:30 am. The show will open 11am and goes until 4:00 pm. There is absolutely no breaking down early. You must man your booth at all times.

Booth displays should be done in a professional manner and be inviting. Flat table top displays do not do well so try to do some elevations. Displays, materials and stored items must stay contained within the booth and may not block the aisles.

All vendors need to comply with State of Virginia tax laws available online at www.tax.virginia.gov & business owners are responsible for collecting and reporting of taxes. For State Tax filing, the Dulles Expo Center is located in the Chantilly, VA.
Tables, chairs & electric are NOT included in your booth space but you can order it from the Dulles Expo Center directly. Exhibitor Forms will be sent to you at a later time if needed.
If your application is not accepted, you will be notified via email. Your credit card will not be charged.
